Standard sites are normally situated in the front of the park closer to the office.
All sites offer the same utilities and all sites are pull-throughs.
Only our indoor pool, hottubs and family pool remain open during the winter.

To ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for all guests, we kindly ask everyone to observe the following park rules during their stay.
• Guests are expected to behave respectfully and in a manner that does not disturb others.
• Loud, disruptive, offensive, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
• Management reserves the right to remove any guest who violates park rules without refund.
• RV Site Check-In: 1:00 PM
• Cottage Check-In: 4:00 PM
• Check-Out: 12:00 PM
• Early check-in or late check-out may be available based on availability and may incur additional fees.
• Guests who fail to check out on time without approval may be subject to additional charges.
• All reservations require a deposit and are not confirmed until payment is received.
• All sales are final. No refunds are issued for early departures or cancellations.
• Deposits may be transferred to a future reservation only if cancellation policies are met.

• Quiet hours must be observed to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests.
• Excessive noise, music, or disturbances during quiet hours is not permitted.
• Pets are welcome but must be leashed at all times.
• Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets immediately.
• Aggressive pets are not allowed on the property.
• Pets are not permitted in pool areas, clubhouse, bathrooms, or other indoor facilities.
• A designated off-leash pet area is available for guest use.
• Guests assume full responsibility for their personal safety and belongings.
• Jamaica Beach RV Resort is not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or injury to persons or pets.
• Skateboards, rollerblades, bicycles, or running on handicap ramps, decks, or restricted areas is prohibited.
• Guests must follow all posted rules at pools, splash areas, spa, and recreational facilities.
• Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• Amenity hours and availability may vary due to maintenance, weather, or safety considerations.
• Only approved vehicles may be parked at your site.
• Do not block roads, fire lanes, or neighboring sites.
• The number of guests and vehicles per site must comply with resort guidelines.
• Smoking is not permitted inside cottages, restrooms, or enclosed common areas.
• Open fires are not allowed unless in designated areas and approved by management.
• Fireworks are prohibited on resort property.
• Management reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone at any time.
• Violations of park rules may result in immediate removal without refund.
• In the event of severe weather, natural disasters, or other uncontrollable events, park operations and reservations may be affected.
• Deposit handling during such events will be determined at management’s discretion per our Terms & Conditions.
